² Then Jesus beckoned a child to come to him, placed it in their midst, ³ and said, “Amen, I say to you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. ⁴ Whoever humbles himself and becomes like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
